Consign

1. Read all the Following information below about our consignment program. After doing so, fill out our Consignment Request Form.

$2500 to $4999.99     89% - $7 per transaction (92% w/membership)
$5000 to $9999.99     90% - $11 per transaction
$10000 and up 91% - $20 per transaction

 

1. Once form is filled out one of our team members will reach out to you via email to set up a consultation to talk about you consignment request form.

In this consultation the following will be covered

     a. Which of our selling platforms you would like to list your items on

     b. The timelines that will be set for your items. Including Payout schedule. (Certain dollar amount reached before payout)

If approved for consignment the next step will be to fill out a card list form. Sending us a list is required using the form here to do so will give both you and us a copy of what items we are selling for you. (Pictures will be required for all cards over $50 declared value) 

* After completed list is sent a contract will be signed by both parties highlighting all the terms to the agreement. 

2. Once all required paperwork is completed. The seller will then pack up the items and ship them to Value Box Cards. (Insure your shipment Value box Cards takes no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.)

3. Upon receipt of the shipment one of our team members will inspect the items for accuracy. Any shipments that fail to meet standards will result in delays from the original timeline.

4. After the inspection we will assume ownership of the cards and therefore will assume responsibility and be liable for any damage down to the items.  

5. Consignments of 50 cards or less will typically be active within 24-48 hrs upon receipt.

Selling/Fees

1. Applicable fees are highlighted in the table above.

2. Payouts are based on profits after fees and taxes placed on your items.

For Example 

eBay Fees - 12.9% plus $0.30 per transaction/Shipping 

Shopify Fees - 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction/Shipping

Payouts

1. Payout schedule will be decided during consultation

2. Payouts are based on INDIVIDUAL card sales prices and are applied to each individual item not the total sales. However you can keep a cumulative balance if you wish to be paid out in larger quantities.

3. Payouts will be available in the following forms 

a. PayPal (Goods and Services) are made within 2 business days after the request is made and are based on available balance. We do not pay out using Friends and Family. You will be charged a 2.9% fee on the transaction.

b. Checks will be mailed within 5 business days after the request is made and are based on the available balance – please note these are subject to a $10 fee as we send them priority with tracking.

c. ACH ($5 fee) within 2 business days.

d. Wire ($30 fee) within 2 business days.

e. Store Credit - Can be used on either our eBay lisitngs or ValueBoxCards.com (No transaction fee)

4. If your cards is returned after a payout occurs then you will be responsible for paying back that money. 

5. 

 

 

  1. Items will be listed within 3 weeks of receiving them (mail in only).
    1. However, orders of under 50 cards will typically go up within 1 weeks.
    2. If the order is over 50 cards it may take 2-4 weeks to get everything listed but it may be processed in batches over multiple weeks.
  2. Payouts will be determined based on our rate table
  3. If there are multiple PSA 9s of the same card or “misses” we reserve the right to lot these items versus sell individually.
  4. If we determine most cards in an order will not receive bids, we reserve the right to return the order. We will contact you before returning. Please note most cards should sell over $10 and average $50 to take advantage of our services.
  5. Unsold Items: Every item will be listed at auction starting at $0.99 any item that goes without a bid will be subject to a $3 unsold item fee and the item will be kept in house.
  6. While we only sell graded items we will consider some memorabilia – signed baseballs, jerseys etc however please reach out before submitting as these require approval. We will not sell magazines, books, dolls etc.
  7. We will list fixed price for customers if the item sells consistently over $500 – we will do up to 10 cards – and an auto decline/ auto accept number is required.

Conditions

  1. Cards are not altered in any way, shape or form.
  2. (Zero Strike Policy) Under no circumstances are you permitted to bid on your own auctions. If you are caught doing this we will no longer accept cards from you.
